The only thing I take issue with is the idea that they don't experience emotion-- that's more like Schizoid Personality Disorder, which actually does have a higher prognosis for being treated. People with APD can experience emotions, they just have trouble controlling and understanding them the way "normal" people do. It is incredibly sad, though-- I think a lot of people forget that while some people (but not all!) who have the disorder cause a lot of pain to those around them, they themselves are usually experiencing a tremendous amount of pain and frustration as well. :\
