So people who have paid attention to my journal for a while might remember that I have this weird thing with getting really shaky when speaking/performing in public. It's especially annoying during our orchestra concerts, because it gets so bad that I can't even hold my bow properly and my fingering gets all messed up. The most annoying thing is that I don't actually feel nervous-- it's purely a physical reaction. I don't even know.
So this past Sunday, we had a concert. Guess what?
No shaking.
Thank you, Lexapro!
