Where in the world have I been?

I might have left off a few European countries that I don't remember having been to (we lived in Germany when I was little and drove all over the continent then), but I'm pretty sure I have everything down. As for the states, I'm going to add a lot more to that list next month. :P Overall, though, I'd love to travel more-- particularly in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.

So wait, you've been to all the Canadian provinces?

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-03-17 12:18 am (UTC)(link)
Unfortunately not, but they don't have a Canada-specific map.

[identity profile] mirthalia.livejournal.com 2011-03-17 12:20 am (UTC)(link)
Of course.

Which ones? I can only claim the southern half, but my dad has Nunavut on his list too. Totally different world up there.

I'm pretty sure I've just been to Québec, but I might have been to Vancouver when I was really little.

And I'm pretty sure my dad has all (or at least most) of the provinces on his list, too. XD I know he has all fifty US states!

[identity profile] mirthalia.livejournal.com 2011-03-17 12:26 am (UTC)(link)
Aha, the other other province.

Too bad you can't remember Vancouver. Not what I'd call the safest city in the country, but definitely interesting.

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-03-17 12:27 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, from what I've heard it (and the rest of BC) is really pretty.

[identity profile] mirthalia.livejournal.com 2011-03-17 12:35 am (UTC)(link)
Well. Anything that isn't smack in the heart of the city or on a dilapidated reserve, yes.

(I lie, I love the ocean vistas, but BC's crime rate and record of aboriginal rights is kind of... ehhhh.)

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-03-17 12:36 am (UTC)(link)
:\ Yeah, I can imagine-- the US has the same sort of issues.

Hannah, you've also been to Belgium and Slovakia; Utah and South Carolina (!). Love, Dad

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-04-01 08:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh yeah; I forgot about those first three and I forgot to mark SC down. I know I've been there because of Myrtle Beach!

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-04-01 08:50 pm (UTC)(link)
ALSO YOU PROBABLY WON'T SEE THIS BUT HAVE I EVER BEEN TO VANCOUVER.

(Anonymous) 2011-04-01 08:51 pm (UTC)(link)
nope; just Quebec and Ontario

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-04-01 08:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, okay.

(Anonymous) 2011-04-01 08:51 pm (UTC)(link)
. . . and Michigan.

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-04-01 08:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh yeah I'd forgotten about that one too, probably because I don't even remember when we went there.

(Anonymous) 2011-04-02 08:10 pm (UTC)(link)
We were in Michigan for Granny's funeral. And I don't think that you ever visited Ohio -- until yesterday, anyway. Yesterday, you added Ohio and Indiana. Today you will be adding Iowa and a few more states to the west. Love, Dad

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-04-02 08:16 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, wow; I didn't remember that being in Michigan. And are you sure we haven't driven through Ohio ever? (And yeah, apparently we'll be in Denver by tomorrow morning, and so my only new state today-- besides Iowa-- will be Nebraska. No idea if I'll be awake for it, though.)

(Anonymous) 2011-04-04 07:40 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't think it counts if you're asleep! And yes, I'm virtually certain that you had never been in Ohio until Friday night. Dad

[identity profile] banerry.livejournal.com 2011-04-04 08:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, I'm going to say it counts anyway because I want to have been in Nebraska!
